邵元慶，字遠清，聖名文升，祖籍(北平)東陵，歷籍浙江杭州府淳安縣千島湖，西元一九五四年，民國四十三年十二月一日生於臺灣省高雄左營。

西元一九八二年，美國威士康馨大學平原鎮分校，工業技術研究所畢業。民國七十九年臺灣省立教育學院畢業。

曾撰書百餘本，多為電腦著作。

歷任教職十載，另謀職工業數十載至今。現行銷全球無人自動飛機。
